      There was a pay increase so you start out making a decent amount 8 hour days with a 15 min break and 30 min lunch Employee store

      Cons

      No training Management neglects new hires regardless of how well or poor they do Strict attendance policy (only a con if you tend to miss work)

      Pros

      Calphalon is a world class brand and being a part of it is nothing short of inspiring. Culture fosters idea sharing and the fact that everyone is important has kept me here despite recruitment.

      Cons

      Recent leadership shuffles have made for some uncertainty and created extra work for many as positions eliminated were not re-filled.
