Pros
We have a transparent leadership team that cares about our people and our success. That leadership team has made some tough decisions to make sure we are set-up to win. The passion of our people inspire our work every day. It took a little while to get here, but we have made great strides in our Calm Business solution analytics and, with the release of Calm Health, we are engaging prospects and customers in a conversation about expanded capabilities to support the wellness of their people. And, there's more to come to enhance the user experience, expand our resources, augment analytics and widen our tools. Add our Workshops offering to the mix--with new bundles and packages--and we have more to sell, and more ways to engage our customers and prospects than we have ever had. Take a look at the content Calm offers. There isn't a better wellness solution content portfolio anywhere. We continue to invest in celebrity sleep stories, add innovative content using AI and are researching new features to keep users engaged regularly to support their resilience and mental fitness. The content team here is crushing it! We've added a few small things to our selling approach and adjusted the alignment of our resources to be more efficient and effective. One example is combining our ADR and SDR roles into a single BDR role. While we are a virtual-first company (office in Palo Alto), Calm leadership promotes bringing our people and our teams together, while scheduling and encouraging virtual get togethers. This has helped our culture restore its balance and thrive. Good benefits. Great support. A killer brand. A unified team. A great place to work! A ridiculously important mission.
Cons
No 401k match available to employees. As we continue to build the B2B business, the pace is fast. The work is rewarding, but we have a lot to do. This isn't for someone who doesn't handle change well and struggle with resilience (we have an app for that!).
