*Difficulty in planning leaves or covering for absences due to lack of RRTs for coverage. *Inconsistent schedule of work depending on client needs (Nightshift - Graveyard) *Recently reduced KPI bonus due to lack of funding *Attrition rate is high *Slow growth and limited promotional opportunities
