      Helpful team lead and colleagues. Leave policy pretty good.

      Cons

      Poor incentives policy. No support from manager related to work and everything. No work time limit they will make you work on weekends and also sometimes late night. So much workload but no proper deadline and management.

      The company works on a lot of solutions/technologies oriented towards their products. Learning curve is pretty significant. You get a lot of opportunities to shine.

      Cons

      It can get overwhelming with so many things happening around you. The environment is ever-changing, so things can change in a matter of hours.
