- Amazingly talented people and teams that really know their stuff and have the ability to make big positive impacts on their clients - Excellent benefits and lots of PTO right out the gate (25 days) - Lots of flexibility and autonomy to get your work done - Leadership is open to feedback and willing to make changes for the greater good I've been with the company for the last 6 years. Calligo is made up of several acquisitions that happened between 2018-2021. A lot of the negative reviews are due to the consolidation and integration of those acquired companies - each having their own way of doing things. Change and redirection is difficult and came with growing pains that upset a lot of people.
