      Pros

      Calligo provides an excellent benefits package that demonstrates appreciation for employees and values the importance of work/life balance. This is further demonstrated through flexibility in working remotely or in the office. The culture at Calligo is bar none the best I have ever experienced, and this starts at the top. There are no ivory towers or overinflated egos, everyone is open and friendly and truly wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Being a part of a firm that is acquired is not without challenges in the beginning, let alone during a global pandemic when travel is impossible. This restriction led to a longer lead time for relationships to build and solidify.
