Terrible management running around in circles not actually practising what they preach and servicing their clients. To meet SLA they make sure all the staff constantly answer the phone but we never get time to resolve anything. After 15 minutes you have to advise you are calling customer back. HR is non existent and very unprofessional and there really is no vision or direction. They have terrible social systems in place which they claim are to promote team work but the reality is they are a waste of time and only people who have free time ever get the monthly bonus. Raise salaries and do away with Vibe. Then there is the Helpdesk software the company uses which is the CEO's personal EGO project and it works terribly. The entry process is out of sequence and key info to auto generate is missing. They moved from a functional of the shelf system for this Garbage. Unless you are desperate for work avoid this company as they will use you and you will get nothing in return except stress. They are in breach of Labour laws as they do no pay Overtime and only give time in Lieu which they put in your contract. They expect you to use your personal Cell Phone and dont cover the expense On Call isnt compensated properly.
