What I like about Callbox is that they're open to suggestions and feedbacks, also conducts weekly meetings to review team's goal and a chance for us to intervene early if problems arise. Started as an intern, I was able to develop my skills with the help Callbox. Thankful that I found, not just a job but a career.
Cons
We can never deny the fact that call center work can be stressful.
