Pros
Fellow employees are generally great to work with. You can get quite valuable certs and training via the company but it involves a lot of luck. Helps if you are the same nationality as the team lead who puts you forward for it. If not, for example, expect to see people who've just started drive passed in a forklift after you've been requesting it for months because both they and the team lead are, for example, Croatian.
Cons
Where to start... Do your research on the company before making any big moves, especially if travelling from overseas as being laid off several weeks can come out of nowhere as well as dismissals for pretty much no reason.
