      Great working and learning environment

      Cons

      The CEO did not know what to do for the last three years and half. His contribution was conflicting policies, meaningless initiatives, micromanaging little detail, showing up at MBEI with problems and demanding more money. He basically ran the organisation to the ground. That is the result of hiring a CEO with no previous government or cooperate leadership experience.

      Pros

      Incredibly talented and compassionate people who lives up to every aspect of innovation, both in dealing with customers and internally. A culture of family is the best to describe what it is like working for Callaghan Innovation

      Cons

      Very high dependency on key individuals which sometimes creates bottlenecks. This is actively changing.
