      Great variety of projects Great people who care about their work, each other, and NZs future

      Cons

      Very little direction and leadership from management. Near constant and very expensive change processes with negligible customer impact. Very regular restructures and redundancies. Very high internal overhead costs

      Pros

      Incredibly talented and compassionate people who lives up to every aspect of innovation, both in dealing with customers and internally. A culture of family is the best to describe what it is like working for Callaghan Innovation

      Cons

      Very high dependency on key individuals which sometimes creates bottlenecks. This is actively changing.
