My experience overall was positive, and I appreciate the company’s efforts to invest in its people and create an environment where individuals can succeed.

Cons

The turnover rate is quite high, which can lead to staffing inconsistencies and added pressure on remaining team members. HR’s approach to enforcing policies especially regarding attire can feel inconsistent at times. Frequent schedule changes, occasionally made with minimal notice, can make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Communication between departments could also be more structured, as misunderstandings sometimes arise due to unclear or last-minute updates.
