Pros

I love working here, it's been my best job so far. Love the clients and the office team are always there to help if you need it. I felt like I needed some more shadow shifts before I went out on my own and the team made sure I was 100% confident before I went out there.

Cons

None! I'm really happy here.

Pros

There aren’t any pros in this role.

Cons

You will always be working, on call is 6am until 10pm, you won’t have any clarity on your shifts or any meaningful support as nobody in the office communicates. Again, you will literally always be working, and even on your days off you’ll be asked to cover shifts. Very bad place to work.
