Pros

This is a job you will look forward to every day. Loved the people I worked with, loved the customers...even the ones that were PO'd and rude.

Cons

IMHO the words "we've got your back" and "we want to see you succeed" ring hollow when you are left hanging with no answers. Management will say we got busy, but they weren't too busy to let me know I was being removed from the schedule due to technical issues with the phone system (that had been going on for 4 months). Imagine how it felt being off the schedule for the balance of the week and the next week. Phone calls unanswered, email ignored. They just couldn't find the time to communicate, something I was expected to do and did daily. Didn't feel much like anyone had my back.

Nothing good about this company

Cons

-They rave that you aren't just a number but come to find out you really are whenever they pull your calls to audit. They see you as your agent number. -They treat you like your a damn robot whenever you are working🤖 -The hourly isn't enough
