Pros

Many team members are friendly, collaborative, and willing to help each other succeed, the employees create a positing work environment, despite the challenges from management. Colleagues often step up to support one another making the workload more manageable. With the right leadership and structural improvements, this company could be an industry leader. You will gain experience navigating challenges, though often due to disorganization.

Cons

Call Box could be an amazing company, but poor management and lack of innovation keep it from reaching its full potential. Leadership is more focused on checking boxes than actually improving the client experience. Instead of listening to employees and adapting to client needs, they stick to outdates processes that create unnecessary inefficiencies. The company is extremely disorganized, and there's little effort to improve structure or streamline operations. Management is overly focused on micromanaging rather than empowering employees to make decisions that benefit the clients. Additionally, when employees decide to leave for better career opportunities, there is little to no suport or appreciation for their contributions. Instead of congratulations or well wishes, departing employees often face negativity, withheld pay, or even attempts to hinder their next opportunity. This lack of professionalism makes it clear that leadership does not genuinely value its employees.

Pros

None come to mind honestly

Cons

Small "start-up" like company. They will start your interview process out saying salary starts at $60K then send you an offer with a regular salary of $42K and if you hit all metrics you may make $54K for the year. Leadership here is a joke. It mostly consists of unqualified individuals who have surprisingly stuck with the company longer than most folks. Almost everyone is new and there is constant turnover. In the 6 months I was there they got rid of multiple people without reason. They also pay you very little but expect you to work in their office 5 days a week. The benefits are essentially non-existent. You get access to their health insurance after a few months but they do not provide anything besides high deductible plans. The company falls extremely behind in this industry and most of the customers hate the product. We were constantly faced with fire drills due to customers threatening to cancel the product on a daily basis. The company survives off of having contracts with one big dealership group (which the owners are involved in) if that gives you an idea of what goes on here. If you value your career and having actual benefits at work besides breakfast tacos, then stay away from this place and go elsewhere.
