Pros

I joined Calix in 2020 after having been a Calix customer myself at my previous company. Everything about this company has wildly exceeded any expectations I have ever. First, I've had the opportunity to grow. I received a promotion 13 months after joining and recently accepted a new position. Second, the culture is phenomenal! Calix truly cares about every aspect of our well-being- from mental health, to physical, work-life balance and supportive leadership, Calix understands that to take amazing care of our customers, they first must take amazing care of the employees. Third, the benefits here are top-notch! Unlimited PTO, paid paternity leave, extremely competitive pay, great health plans and being able to work from anywhere are just a few of the ways they continue to support us. The leadership at Calix is also incredible. Michael Weening has the vision and drive to always push us to improve, ensuring we will be here for decades to come. I have recommended Calix to just about every person I know and will continue to do so!

Cons

It is hard to think of a con, but if you are a person that needs to work in an office rather than virtually, this may not be the right fit for you.
