Pros
Great owners and co workers. I get to work on really slick metal projects and challenge my skill as a detailed welder and metal worker. I have learned a lot with the company and get paid well.
Cons
We don't always get fully detailed designs until we already started fabrication or installation. Installations can be hectic at times.
