I have full control over managing my own time as long as I deliver agreed work. -Competitive pay -Unlimited holidays + company wide time off when a major milestone is achieved -Remote offsites, fun conferences and team buildings -Young, knowledgable and high performing team -Interesting new emerging industry

      Pros

      High potential startup that is building private sharding on NEAR as a service, mainly for enterprises. The big pro is even though the company is in the crypto/blockchain industry, there is no token. Which is a rarity in the field. The tech team is strong, and has already shipped the NEAR to Calimero bridge that is open sourced and audited. If you enjoy being on the edge of newest fintech Calimero is a great company to work at

      Not that it is unexpected - since Calimero is a startup, the work life balance is not great.
