Working at CPK - Bartender/Server California Pizza Kitchen Employee Review

There are a lot more cons. They stopped caring about people, we were no longer humans. Even if we were sick, we still had to come in and work. Especially the location I worked at, it management was horrible. So much favoritism and cattiness. It was a toxic environment to work in. Not to mention that we were expected to be super humans. How are you supposed to greet a table in 30 seconds if you're grabbing drinks and you get sat 5 tables at once. Management never seemed to help. They just didn't care.
