Excellent opportunity to take ownership in projects and contribute to the company. It’s a small office environment and feedback from every staff member is always heard and appreciated. Great office right by the beach in Leucadia with a great modern and accommodating workspace. Coffee always ready and there will very likely be cookies or peanuts around at all times. Leadership is always easy to approach and seek to provide staff with the tools they need to succeed as well as benefits to be sure they’re taken care of. Great company with an exciting future, would definitely recommend.

Can be tough being at a desk all day. They do have sit/stand desks which do really help and management is always checking to see if you need to step away and stretch.

It makes my next opportunity look very promising

Management is inexperienced and it shows. They are trying to figure things out before the owner realizes they dont know what they are doing. Because they are over their heads it adds to the stress level.
