Pros
CHD offers decent pay and benefits and a good working environment in most of its locations. The people you work with are kind and nice, and good generally at their jobs. You feel good about delivering needed services to the community and you can sleep well at night knowing you are earning your living at something worthwhile to everyone.
Cons
The leadership of the organization isn't the greatest, and they struggle to address things in a timely manner. Workloads are often unbalanced, with some doing too much and others too little. Accountability is not always held or not always fairly.
