The leadership here is has an us versus them attitude, no experience and very little understanding and respect for their workforce. There is no opportunity for advancement. This is a highly toxic work environment with no mission or vision . Organizational processes are in gridlock, management does not understand its own business functions and does not provide support to accomplish goals or objectives.
