Pros
I have worked for DishOne since December 2013. I have worked in my current position since August 2014. The company is constantly working on ways to improve it's ability to provide top quality service to its sales rep team, and its full time and part employees. My supervisors and team are allowed supervised freedom to pursue avenues that provide customers and employees with increasing better service. I've sat in on numerous meetings where our goal is to increase honesty, integrity, and overall experience. I'm being put through leadership training where I'm expected to prove my value. I get to work with numerous departments and explore new ideas. I've worked for other door-to-door companies and DishOne has offered me the greatest opportunity to grow as an individual. Everyday I get to focus on making the lives of young people better. The door-to-door industry gets a bad rap but my experience with DishOne continues to be a positive one. I would recommend DishOne to everyone. There is a strong community feel to the company. I'm constantly asked to seek ways of improving our culture.
Cons
At times the work load is intense but nothing compared to that of Investment bankers. I try to keep my work load in perspective to those who have much more demanding jobs.
