      Performance based pay. If the make a commitment they hold to it. High integrity. Great leadership

      Some weekend work. Optional not required, very fast pace, some late evenings.

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
