      Was always busy with work, never standing around. Managers in the shop are great.

      Cons

      You must bow to the mercy of the corporate overlords, a new rule every week. But all the corporate shops are the same. This one is OK

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
