      Steady overtime (needed due to poor wage)

      Cons

      Ridiculous expectations, long hours, clueless management (shop and regional), techs with attitudes, poor base pay, high turnover, corporate level apathy for employees. WORST job I've had in many years.

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
