      Not really micromanaged. Room to move up. Pay is average.

      Cons

      Poor management. The company doesn't want to pay its technicians properly. They've made deals with the insurance that negatively affects the employee.

      Benefits, events, meeting were always great, and management is awesome.

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
