      I really like the company's vision and the senior managements commitment to achieve the vision, mission and purpose. Senior mgmt. really cares about the employees. Continuous focus on improving processes.

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
