Pros

The company and it's leadership actually do care about their teammates. If a problem or concern is brought to them, there is quick action taken to see what happened, how it can be prevented or improved and then followed up on. Great to know that the leadership is not to busy or big to care.

Cons

The dedication toward the teammates success sometimes prevents holding them accountable which makes it difficult to manage teammates from time to time. There is a line between supporting teammates through challenges and being too quick to terminate them. Great Company problem to have and I'm sure they will get the right mix in the near future.

Pros

Benefits are good. Some effort for consistency. I like staying busy and there is almost always something to do. Some people are nice.

Cons

I really wanted to like this company. It’s very corporate. It’s very involved. There is a lot of micromanagement. People really do act like they’re your friends and they are absolutely not. It’s hard to work somewhere for so much of your time where you truly can’t let your guard down or get too close. Everyone talks between shops, centers, regions, etc. There’s a lot of gossip throughout the company and even if you don’t think it goes somewhere, it does. It doesn’t matter if you are good at your job or a good person because they don’t care about that here. You can be entirely awful to people here and keep your job for years! I suppose that con is actually a pro because it makes it very difficult for someone to actually get fired from this company.
