      I learned a lot about the do's and don'ts in the car industry

      Management had no sense of direction.Favoritism was heavy influence around the shop.Employees were lied to by management.

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
