      Pros

      Great people working in the lower level roles, fun culture.

      Cons

      What I have experienced: Workers are not treated equally/fairly - this all depends on your role and who you are. Favouritism. Toxic from the top down / tone deaf. Workers are not truly appreciated/respected or supported. Client is always right mentality. Leadership dangle carrots but don’t deliver. Lack of centralised databases/process/systems when a big portion of the work is benchmarking and using data to find cost saving opportunities. Lack of expertise / knowledge / organisation within teams which makes it difficult to deliver quality work to clients.

      Management approachable and flat structure.

      Cons

      Contract work is always risky by Caliba keep you posted for next project or contract. Work hard and they will keep you if at all possible

      Pros

      Everyone is a team player and always happy to help everyone else even across different industries. We are all procurement professionals and we each have our own unique skillsets/nuances/experience and we know that we can lean on/rely on each other. Partners are very open and share business figures with staff. Team Events and gatherings are regular and always well received. WFH flexibility is good as is the unlimited leave/flexibility... get your job done and its never an issue.
