Superb continuing education offerings and networking opportunities give members the ability to continuously improve their businesses. The staff are exceptionally helpful and are focused on helping members.

I really don't have any negatives as CREB is in a constant state of improving what they offer members.

Good compensation packages with lots of days off.

Burnt out and scattered employees at all levels competing for the top. Little strategic direction and lots of internal politics. Not a healthy work environment.
