Pros
Good manager, freedom to tackle projects with your own methods. Good rapport with fellow engineers. Talented people working in the Engineering department. Ownership tries to diversify their customer base, but new projects are slow to arrive.
Cons
Lack of modern and up to date equipment for design and development. More personnel required to keep pace with production and research tasks. Benefits and flexibility continued to be scaled back, likely due to lack of new contracts.
