Great team - Operator Calera Employee Review

The company was engaging and interesting. A lot of really smart people worked there trying to solve some great challenging problems.

The technology they were trying to develop was far from profitability. Although it was well funded at the time, the future was bleak. We felt like we working on really important projects, but it was impossible to stay very optimistic

fast paced environment, technology oriented, Carbon dioxide related work, good employees, great location, potential for obtaining patents, opportunity to meet with investors. Some of the senior management were really good. Unfortunately, they left / forced to leave.

promotions have no meaning here. Only the senior management seems to be getting promoted. Management is not willing to listen to criticism.
