      The initial vision managed to pull together amazingly skilled scientists, some of which are still there Cool research, young team, closely stick together Management has got a clear view on challenges and speaks to it openly

      Cons

      Tough to motivate new hires on changed vision Long-term cycle - so nothing close to completion Raised a lot of capital, potential returns will be low if any for employees

      Pros

      The company was engaging and interesting. A lot of really smart people worked there trying to solve some great challenging problems.

      Cons

      The technology they were trying to develop was far from profitability. Although it was well funded at the time, the future was bleak. We felt like we working on really important projects, but it was impossible to stay very optimistic
