Pros

Work life balance Brand recognition (although on the decline)

Cons

Multiple lay offs every year High turnover (even at exec level) Little to no opportunity for career growth Culture on rapid decline Leadership does not accept feedback appropriately nor action on it Benefits and perks removed every year No longer leading in the scheduling space (i.e. Zoom Scheduler is VERY comparable to Calendly and is offered free of charge)

Pros

You have all the resources needed to assist users!

Cons

Calendly is growing fast, which means continuous changes and a fast-paced environment, which will require you to keep up with new information. Since Customer Service provides vital assistance to the users 24/7, the Support team receives less perks!

Pros

There are a lot of great things about working for Calendly and they've come a long way with improving the culture. Compensation is very competitive, benefits are great, and fun company events and chances to connect with others virtually. Most people that work there are smart and great to work with.

Cons

The company is still trying to determine the best direction with the product. This can lead to uncertainty about future success.
