No strong organizational hierarchy; the lines of command are constantly blurred. The bottom line is the only thing that matters; if you care more about always following the rules this is not the company for you. Several hostile employees work here, making the environment less than desirable

Excellent work/life balance and the employees are good people who really try hard to be welcoming. The benefit package is top notch and the hiring staff is amazing.

Pay used to be great for the area, not so much anymore. Management is grossly out of touch and there are far too many "managers" who don't actually manage to get anything accomplished. Nothing you do is ever good enough. Training is non existent. You are handed a policy and procedure book and then promptly told not to follow it. Everyone is burnt out and stressed.
