Here at Calculated Hire, we strive to break the stigmas associated with our industry by using a relationship-focused approach to managing our consultants. We have found that by focusing on your needs, we can empower you to thrive. That is why we recognize six paid holidays for our consultants each year. All employees, including consultants, are eligible to participate in our 401K plan after one year of employment - if they have worked over 1,000 hours. We even match employee contributions; this match consists of 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your contributions. It’s for this reason that we love hearing your experience with Calculated Hire has been a positive one. We hope that you will consider consulting with us on another engagement!
