      Pros

      Calance has been a great place to work for me. Casual atmosphere, friendly staff great projects and many opportunities if you are willing to work hard. This is not a shop where you can be a one trick pony. Everyone wears all the hats all the time. Very fulfilling!

      Cons

      Not much in down sides to working for Calance. They do expect you to work and you need to be a self starter and carry your weight.

      I dropped off the face of the planet after my contract ended. However, I suspect that's common with contracts.
