Pros
Get to serve and work with seniors every day! The joy of enriching their life on a daily basis. Totally independent senior communities (Connect 55+) with activities and events that focus on what the resident wants.
Cons
The company seems to be in dire straights financially even though my building is full, I collect the rent on time, and rent increased to meet current costs and demands. Also tend to have the opinion that departments work best when at odds with each other. Poor communication.
