Everyone’s really welcoming and genuinely nice—it’s a great vibe overall You get a lot of ownership over your work and learn a ton just by doing The office is really cool (and the free lunches/snacks don’t hurt) Flexible hours and unlimited PTO make it easy to take a break when needed

Sometimes responsibilities can feel a bit undefined There's still room for more structure or docs in some areas, but it’s improving Some of the internal libraries and tools don’t have much documentation yet—but that’s kind of expected in a fast-moving startup
