Amazing people to work with!

There are no cons to working here

Plenty of hours and overtime. Rewarding to contribute to clients with special needs allowing them to feel appreciated in society and joy. Plenty of travel opportunities and outings with clients.

Good pay for not much educational requirement. Hard to find staffing/support. Forced to work if no staff to relieve your shift. Supervisors will work all shifts that have not been covered, which means 7 day week work schedule. Unable to reprimand staff with determinable consequences due to short staffing. Employees know they are needed and hold the advantage so unable to suspend or fire.
