Pros
The pay was decent. They didn't micromanage as long as the job was done you were left alone.
Cons
Has an old boys club and if you weren't in it good luck. mandatory 50-hour work weeks with even more OT needed more often than not. Job can be done fully remote or hybrid and they refused to allow it.
