-Lots of employees willing to mentor -Friendly atmosphere -Helpdesk problems were simple to solve because employees were technologically literate

Cons

-Work culture that can be hard to fit in (one employee in particular was picked on quite frequently) -Too many supervisors for my role -Working part time where everyone else works full time can be stressful (you'll fall behind on work/make mistakes)
