Pros
People at CalAmp were greatly appreciative and encouraged to help with special events. The Finance team was hands down one of the best departments as it promoted team development and event participation.
Cons
No true cons, as we all face scrutiny from HR every now and then. Ultimately disappointed that it didn’t step in to keep good employees from leaving when they had the opportunity to do so.
