Pros
Good coworkers, easy, stable work, vacation and holiday pay after 90 days, no-absence money bonuses, three breaks a day. Very clean environment.
Cons
Supervisors and management play favorites, will fire you if they don't like you, if your children are sick and you have doctor's notes, lay you off if pregnant, no opportunity for advancement, hardly any raises.
