      Pros

      The skills learned from others, the owner, and managers is invaluable. Seeing the desserts and edible art your coworkers make is awe inspiring. Overall really good team atmosphere between all (front of house, decorating, and baking) staff. Big family environment.

      Cons

      Walking in, it was encouraging to hear Christian music and positive work place, but the environment in the back is the opposite. Criticism is rough. Managers are hard on you. New staff is closely watched and corrected. Need to be able to stand for hours, high stress and high level of detail environment. Revolving door.

      Pros

      - employee discount - you can make personal cakes off the clock using their equipment - you can bring your children to work - as soon as you finish your own work that’s been assigned to that morning go home

      Cons

      - hostile environment - not enough pay - overworked during the holidays - unclear expectations - manager doesn’t give a crap and won’t help with issues - employees are rude and talk the most crap behind your back I’ve seen in the workplace - as soon as you finish your own work that’s been assigned to that morning go ( can be a downfall during holidays as you will put in 10 hours plus every day during those times of the year for sure )
