The CEO has a clear vision and is very determined to succeed which makes it very easy to be motivated to be your best. This company is going to be successful and you would be a valued member of the team, when that happens.
Cons
Some management individuals do not separate their private and professional lives, which becomes culturally uncomfortable. Some members of leadership are prone to verbal outbursts, sometimes completely unwarranted. Leadership feels entitled to your time on and off the clock. Working remotely is frowned upon. Women and minorities are not treated fairly. There is no clear structure for leadership. Management is not held accountable for their actions.
