More often then not you will find yourself being pushed to do five to six different tasks, while other associates are not held accountable. This place has thee biggest amount of nepotism towards Chinese decent. If your are Hispanic or Latino or African American or white there is not chance you will be promoted and if you do it will be short lived. This place is not a place for anyone who has options the pay is terrible the management spends most of the day on their cellphones or sleeping at the desk. If you request tools materials or direction it is looked upon with confusion and frustration. No day will be the same work gets slow they fire non Chinese associates and one or two Latinos who does zero to little work. If you are not kissing managements behind you will surely be fired or demoted.
