Great staff. Good location. Profitable company. Market leaders. New technology. Always trying to improve and challenge themselves. Directors are always hands on and control their company from the front lines. The team all work hard together and help is on hand. The company doos are always fun and on Caice.

Pay grade can be a mismatch to the workload. Support can be lacking as they transition through unknown types of projects. Computer systems don't match the requirements of the Engineers but I believe this will be rectified in the near future.
